ORDER PROCESS
Ordering is easy:
- Find a bouquet you like, click on the image, and the product page will load.
- On the product page, you can read the product description.
- Simply add a bouquet to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button and a pop-up will appear with add-ons you can buy like chocolates, teddy bears and balloons.
- Once in the cart, you can write your personalised card information, select your preferred delivery date and time slot.
- Click the "Go to Shipping Address" button to proceed to checkout. Provide us with your email address, recipient address and how we can contact you if there is a problem with the delivery.
- Next, confirm your shipping information and proceed to payment method - Credit/Debit/American Express
Currently we only offer bouquet/arrangement options on our website. However, we would appreciate it if you would like to see the bouquets or types of flowers available on our website. Just drop a suggestion in the live chat and we'll try to add it to our collection as soon as possible.
DELIVERY
We deliver flowers on any day of the week, including on Sunday. Delivery takes place until 6:00 PM daily.
If you need flowers to be delivered on Sundays you may place your order latest by Sunday 1:00 PM.
Please note that we are unable to provide or promise an exact time of delivery but be rest assured that our delivery routes will be planned with efficiency in mind.
Yes, we operate a storefront business. However, we will consider and review these requests on a case-by-case basis - please clarify with our Customer Support Line +852 5480 3068 (Mon-Sun, 10am-6pm) before placing an order.
Although we want to, we don't always get it. If the recipient cannot be reached by the time of delivery, we will pass the flowers on to the receptionist, colleagues, family, friends or security guards. Occasionally, due to some security policies implemented by certain residences, office buildings and companies, our riders will not be allowed in, but recipients will be asked to collect the flowers themselves.
We offer free shipping on all orders in all areas we cover. If you place your order before 1:00pm the same day, it will definitely ship the same day. Please note that orders placed after our 1:00pm order deadline will be delivered the next day.
SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERY:
If a specific time is required e.g. exactly 6:30pm, there will be HKD$150 additional charge.
URGENT DELIVERY:
Same day delivery will be sent as soon as possible. If you place your order before 1:00pm. Please note that there is an additional charge of HKD$200 for orders placed with us after 1:00pm.
Outer island delivery does not provide expedited delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your flowers and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. The flowers should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons on why are you requesting for a return or refund. In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once it has been delivered.

OUR FLOWERS
Our flowers are freshly designed and arranged, so if you follow our care instructions and depending on weather conditions, they will last an average of 4-6 days. Some flowers, like orchids, can even last up to 2 weeks or more, only with proper care to maintain their freshness.
