Shipping policy

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER:

All deliveries will be made between 11am and 8pm.

We provide same day deliveries for orders confirmed before 1:00 PM. Order placed from 1:00 PM onwards are delivered the following day or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page.

Same Day delivery: Please order before 1pm (not included pre-order items), orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to guarantee an exact delivery time as the delivery time may subject to traffic situation but we’ll try and get to you as early as we can.

CHANGES TO TOUR ORDER:

If you wish to make any changes your order, please do so by contacting us at info@woodsygarden.com.hk or via phone. We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and in relation to card messages) that are requested by 12:00 PM one (1) day before the intended delivery day.

SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERY:
If a specific time is required e.g. exactly 6:30pm, there will be HKD$150 additional charge.

URGENT DELIVERY:
Same day delivery will be sent ASAP in 7 days between 9am -6pm with HKD$200 additional charge.
Urgent Delivery is Not Available for Outer Island Delivery.


PUBLIC HOLIDAY & TYPHOON:

We don’t offer delivery on Mid-autumn, Christmas Day, New Years Day and Chinese New Year. Any orders placed for delivery on these days will be delivered the next working day.

During Typhoon 8, black and red storms our studio will be closed for the safety of our team and couriers. Any orders due for delivery on those days will be delivered the next day.
