Delivery:

All deliveries will be made between 11am and 8pm.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to guarantee an exact delivery time as the delivery time may subject to traffic situation but we’ll try and get to you as early as we can.

Same Day delivery: Please order before 1pm (not included pre-order items), orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Public Holiday & Typhoon:

We don’t offer delivery on Mid-autumn, Christmas Day, New Years Day and Chinese New Year. Any orders placed for delivery on these days will be delivered the next working day.

During Typhoon 8, black and red storms our studio will be closed for the safety of our team and couriers. Any orders due for delivery on those days will be delivered the next day.

Returns:

Unfortunately we don't offer returns on flower deliveries. However, if there is any problem with your flowers & plants, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help. Once orders have been placed we are unable to offer refunds.
